The “New Women in EECS” breakfasts are held every Friday throughout the school year in the Grier Room. Interested graduate students can gather to enjoy a good breakfast, friendly company, and the chance to learn from guest speakers and accomplished women of MIT. Besides getting the day off to a great start, the breakfasts offer a chance to build a network of friends and mentors outside the lab, increasing the sense of community throughout EECS.
