    Pop-Up Community Space Calendar

The EECS Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is sponsoring a “pop-up” community space for one month this Fall semester to encourage community building and a post-pandemic revival of community events.

This program aims to provide a space for socializing and programs that bring all roles in the EECS community together in a causal setting to promote connection, belonging, and a welcoming environment. All EECS community members including faculty, staff, postdocs, and students are welcome!

This first pop-up location is going to be in the elevator space of the 3rd floor of Building 36 from Sept 18th-Oct 18th and we are planning to hold similar pop-ups in other spaces in subsequent semesters. We’re hoping you join us for some or all of the events in this temporary community space.

Check back as we add more events over the course of the month. If you would like to reserve this space for one of your events, please use this form to make a reservation request. You can check available times here: Pop-Up Space Google Calendar
