The SoE Professional Development Committee, a subcommittee of the  Staff Advice & Implementation Committee (SAIC), is launching a Staff Mentoring Program pilot at the SoE in response to the SoE’s community feedback.

This six-month-long pilot, which we will launch this spring, aims to develop a culture of mentoring as a way to tap into the wealth of knowledge, diversity, experiences, and wisdom of SoE staff to foster professional and career growth.  This program is open to all staff members.

We are inviting you to attend an information session to learn about this program and to network with other staff members.
