Research Laboratories

Almost all of the research by MIT EECS faculty, staff, and students is carried out in these interdepartmental laboratories, centers, and programs.

EECS Graduate Areas

For purposes of administering the department doctoral program, research is considered to be carried out in six Graduate Areas:
