Nanotechnology Public Lecture Series highlights recent interesting developments in nanotechnology from researchers around the world. The seminars present the latest research in nanotechnology in a way that is intended to be accessible to the general public.

Labs and Facilities:

• Microsystems Technology Laboratories proides facilities for micro- and nano-device processing. Over 500 students from across MIT use this laboratory. 6.152J provides instruction and training for students wanting to access this facility.

• NanoStructures Laboratory develops nanoscale processing tools and techniques, and applies these technologies to a variety of optics, electronics, and energy applications.

• Scanning-Electron-Beam Lithography Facility provides access to tools capable of sub-10-nm feature definition.
