Series Information

  • MTL VLSI Seminars are held Tuesdays at 4:00 PM (refreshments at 3:30) in Edgerton Hall, Room 34-101, unless otherwise indicated.
  • EECS/RLE Optics and Quantum Electronics Seminars are held Wednesdays, 11 a.m.-12 noon, Hermann Haus Room, 36-428, unless otherwise indicated.
  • CSAIL Bioinformatics Seminars are held Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 11:30 AM in the TOC lab 32-G575 (and refreshments 30 minutes prior).
  • CSAIL Dertouzos Lectures are held Thursdays at 4:00 PM (refreshments at 3:15) in 32-123, unless otherwise indicated. The Dertouzos Lecturer Series has been a tradition since 1976, featuring some of the most influential thinkers in computer science, including Bill Gates, Steven Jobs, Donald Knuth, John McCarthy, and Mitchell Kapor. Formerly the Distinguished Lecturer Series, the series has been renamed in memory of Michael Dertouzos, Director for the Lab for Computer Science from 1974 to 2001.
  • CSAIL HCI Seminar Series are held Fridays (some Tuesdays) at 1:30 PM (refreshments at 1:15) in 32-G449, unless otherwise indicated.
  • CSAIL Artificial Intelligence Seminars ( formerly Language, Learning, Vision and Graphics Seminars, LLVG) are held on varying days and locations.
  • CSAIL Theory Colloquia are generally held on Tuesdays at 4:15 (refreshments at 4:00pm), in 32-155.
  • Complete CSAIL seminar listings.
  • LEES Colloquia are held every Thursday (unless indicated otherwise on the website) from 4-5 pm in Stata Center Room 32-155.
