MIT Grad Student from Minneapolis Wins Citibank Foundation Fellowship

Massachusettes Institute of Technology engineering student Christopher G. Rodarte of Minneapolis has been awarded a Citibank Foundation Fellowship for minority graduate students for the 1997-98 academic year.

Mr. Rodarte, a graduate of Centennial High School in Circle Pines, Minn., received the Bachelor of Science from MIT last spring. He expects to complete his Master of Engineering degree in June, concentrating in artificial intelligence.

Citibank, with headquarters in New York, contributes more than $23 million annually to community development, education, culture, health and the environment, and has an ongoing interest in increasing the number of under-represented men and women at all levels of higher education.
