Semiconductor Research Corporation Continues to Provide Fellowship to EECS Graduate Student.

EECS is pleased to announce that the Semiconductor Research Corporation has agreed to renew their fellowship support for Mr. Simon Karecki for a second year. Mr. Karecki received his Bachelor of Science degree at Yale University in May, 1994. While at Yale Mr. Karecki was winner of the Francis E. Riggs Award in 1991, the Robert B. Dodds Scholarship for Electrical Engineering Majors, and the Charles W. & Ruth Billingsley Scholarship in 1993, and a member of the Tau Beta Pi Honors Society. Mr. Karecki entered MIT in September, 1994 and received his Master of Science degree in February, 1997. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in the Area of Materials and Devices.

Semiconductor Research Corporation holds an annual competition among interested applicants. Interested students should inquire in the Graduate Office, Room 38-444.
