EECS Career Development Chair Holders Announced

The EECS Department is pleased to announce six new holders of Career Development Chairs. All appointments are effective July 1, 2005.

  • Michael Collins will hold the X Window Career Development Professorship
  • Sam Madden will hold the ITT Career Development Professorship
  • Frédo Durand will hold the Jamieson Career Development Professorship
  • Joel Dawson will hold the Carl Richard Soderberg Career Development Professorship of Power Engineering
  • Elfar Adalsteinsson will hold the Robert J. Shillman Career Development Professorship
  • Manolis Kellis will be the first holder of the Class of '64 Distinguished Alumni Career Development Chair
