Dresselhaus winner of Heinz Award, 2005

Mildred Dresselhaus has been honored by The Heinz Family Foundation of Pittsburgh with the 2005 Heinz Award given to individuals who have made notable contributions in the arts and humanities, the environment, the human condition, public policy, and technology, the economy, and employment.

Millie is sited for Technology, the Economy and Employment: as a scientist, researcher, educator and trailblazer for women in the sciences. Congratulations Millie!
