Erik Demaine co-winner of Edgerton Faculty Achievement Award

Erik D. Demaine was honored at the MIT faculty meeting on April 20 by being chosen as co-winner of the annual Edgerton Faculty Achievement Award.

The Edgerton Award was established in 1982 to honor junior faculty members "for distinction in research, teaching and service to the MIT community." Since this time the department has had the privilege of seeing several of its faculty honored with this award:
