Boning elected IEEE Fellow

Duane S. Boning has been elected an IEEE Fellow, one of the Institute's most prestigious honors. Each year, following a rigorous evaluation procedure, the IEEE Fellow Committee recommends a select group of recipients for election to IEEE Fellow.

Boning is cited for his "contributions to modeling and control in semiconductor manufacturing." Official recognition will appear on the IEEE website in January, 2005.
