I am pleased to announce that Piotr Indyk and Robert Morris have been selected 2003 Alfred P Sloan Research Fellows. These are highly selective fellowships for faculty early in their careers. Currently, a total of 112 fellowships are awarded annually in seven fields: chemistry, computational and evolutionary molecular biology, computer science, economics, mathematics, neuroscience, and physics.
