3-0-9
In this seminar course, we'll investigate approaches to learning in worlds with objects. The goal is to synthesize understanding of first-order representations from logic, probabilistic models of planning and learning, and connections to perception.
Coursework will consist of a fairly large amount of reading in the research literature and a final project or paper. Students may be asked to lead discussions of papers in class. All students will be expected to participate in discussions.
